OptiFlow Refund and Return Policy

Overview

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

Since OptiFlow is a downloadable software product, it is exempt from being returned once downloaded and used. However, if you experience technical issues or have concerns, please contact us for support. We aim to resolve any issues you may encounter.

Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, you must not have activated or used the software. If the software has been downloaded but not activated, you may request a refund within the 30-day window by providing proof of purchase.

Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Gifts

If the software was marked as a gift when purchased, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
